Le LatinAlma Jazz est né d’une rencontre entre Anne Wolf, pianiste adepte de fusion entre jazz et musique brésilienne, Philippe Quevauviller, chanteur et animateur du Collectif Bossa Flor, et le Soltacorda Trio composé de Vitor Garbelotto (guitare sept cordes), Roberto de Oliveira (trombone, mandoline) et Osman Martins (percussions, cavaquinho). Le concert sera en trois parties continues avec Alexandre Latora (guitare) en première partie. Le Latin Alma Jazz proposera un florilège de classiques de Tom Jobim, mêlant l’essence du jazz à la bossa nova / The LatinAlma Jazz Sextet was born out of a meeting between Anne Wolf, a pianist who is adept at fusing jazz and Brazilian music, Philippe Quevauviller, singer and leader of the Bossa Flor Collective, and the Soltacorda Trio with Vitor Garbelotto (seven-string guitar), Roberto de Oliveira (trombone, mandolin) and Osman Martins (percussion, cavaquinho). The concert will be in three parts, with Alexandre Latora (guitar) in the first part. The Latin Alma Jazz will offer an anthology of Tom Jobim classics, mixing the essence of jazz with bossa nova.
